Admission Creteria

• The minimum age for admission shall be 17 years on or 31 Dec. of the year of admission.
• The minimum education requirement shall be the passing of:
  Higher secondary school certificate examination.
  Or
  Senior school certificate examination (10+2), pre-degree Examination (10+2)
  Or
  An equivalent with 12 year schooling form recognized board or university with Science (Physics, Chemistry and Biology) and English with minimum of 50% aggregate marks (PCBE).
• Candidate shall be Medically Fit.

Submission of Application Form

Application on prescribed form should be submitted to the office of "K B Patel College of Nursing" Sarbhoka Before the last date along with the following enclosures

• Bank draft for Rs. 300/- in favour of "K B Patel College of Nursing" Sarbhoka.
• Filled in application form with 5 extra Photograph of passport size.
• Photocopies (Self Attested) of high School Certificates and marks sheet of high School Examination and 10+2 Examination.
• Certificate for SC, ST and OBC candidates form competent authority (where ever applicable)
• For war widows! daughters of diseased during insurgency certificate on prescribed form from concerning department stating details of death of husband/father.
• Medical fitness certificate from authorized Govt. Medical Officer.
• Self-addressed stamped envelope.

Entrance / Selection Test

Selection of the candidates should be based on the merit of the Entrance Examination held by University or competent authority.

• All the fees to be deposited at the time admission failing which the candidate will not be admitted to the course.
• Fees once deposited are not refundable.
• The college reserves the right to modify and revise the fee structure as and when necessary.
• Education visit and Hospital posting fee structure is not included above.
